This initial policy applies to the Yujitek website contact and request-for-quote process.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, the website may collect your name, company, country or region, business email, optional phone or WhatsApp contact, product category, project information, estimated quantity, target market, message and files you choose to upload.
How information is used
Information is used to review the enquiry, communicate about the project, evaluate sourcing or development requirements and maintain business records related to the request.
Files and technical information
Please submit only files you are authorized to share. Uploading a drawing, specification or photograph through the website does not by itself create a separate non-disclosure agreement or guarantee absolute confidentiality. Contact Yujitek before uploading sensitive material if an NDA is required.
Service providers and suppliers
Relevant project information may be shared with selected service providers or manufacturing partners when reasonably necessary to evaluate or execute the requested project. The scope should be limited to the information required for that review.
Data retention and security
Enquiry records may be retained for project follow-up, legal, administrative and business purposes. Reasonable measures should be used to protect stored information, but no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed as completely secure.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of contact information, subject to legal and legitimate business record requirements, by emailing sales@yujitek.com.
