Project-based Development

Custom Automotive Components

Build-to-print and sample-based automotive components supported through manufacturability review, supplier coordination, sampling, inspection and delivery.

A controlled project entry—not an unlimited catalogue.

Custom automotive projects begin with a customer drawing, physical sample or defined technical requirement. The first-stage scope is deliberately organized into three directions so that each enquiry can be matched with an appropriate process and supplier review.

Project status: Available upon project review. Materials, processes, tolerances, inspection methods, prototype quantities and production conditions remain subject to technical and commercial confirmation.

Precision-machined metal shafts, sleeves, housings and suspension-related components

Direction 01

Shock Absorber Piston Rods

Drawing-based and sample-based piston rod projects may be reviewed according to rod geometry, end features, material, heat treatment, surface requirements, inspection and packaging.

  • Solid and hollow piston rods
  • Threaded and machined rod ends
  • Project-specific diameter and length
  • Induction hardening requirements
  • Hard chrome plating requirements
  • Customer-specific inspection and packaging

Direction 02

Selected Suspension & Lift Components

This is a project-based development direction for customer drawings, physical samples or validated technical specifications. It is not presented as a standard first-stage lift-kit product line.

Strut & Spring Spacers

Strut spacers and coil spring spacers reviewed by application, interface, material and fastening requirements.

Shock Extenders

Project-specific structures reviewed against the specified installation geometry and engineering inputs.

Related Components

Bump stop extensions and selected mounting brackets or hardware developed only with adequate technical definition.

Safety boundary: No unverified “Universal Lift Kit,” lift-height, tire-size, installation, torque, ADAS or vehicle-fitment claim is provided. Safety-critical projects require engineering review and validated specifications.

Direction 03

Custom Machined & Turned Components

Automotive metal components developed from customer drawings, 3D models, physical samples or defined technical requirements. Project support may include manufacturability review, prototyping, dimensional inspection, surface treatment coordination and customer-specific packaging.

  • Shafts and Pins
  • Sleeves and Bushes
  • Flanges and Adapters
  • CNC Turned Components
  • CNC Milled Components
  • Automotive Brackets and Mounting Parts
